Having a positive mental attitude for fitness is very important. Getting fit is about replacing old habits and putting in new ones. With steady repetition and discipline, these habits would evolve to become part of the identity which would reflect on the character. In order to start this process it is important to
(1) have clearly defined goals. How much weight do you want to lose? What is the timeline you are setting for this goal? What are the anchors that would inspire you to stay motivated? These are a few areas that can give you a clearer picture of the goal.
(2) Set up a clear plan and keep this plan punchy and concise. Work out days and times, meal plans or diet plans and set a timeline with the amount of weight that should be shred and break it down into weeks.
(3)Thirdly take action, and stay persistent until you can see improvements.
